Shipping and Returns

We will endeavour to post all orders as soon as possible. Usually, we take orders to the post office around 3 pm so if you get your order in before then, it usually goes out the same day or at the latest, the next day.

When you enter your email at checkout, we use that email to send your tracking details to you as soon as the package is scanned in Australia Post.

If your order hasn’t arrived in an average amount of time unless otherwise scheduled or notified upon purchase, please let us know by contacting us at hello@tobyandrosie.com

Customer satisfaction is our main priority at Toby and Rosie.
If there is any problem with your item upon arrival we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. Please be aware that all our products are handmade so there may be imperfections or slight variations in appearance to the photos on the website.

We are always refining out recipes and trying to make our soaps and products as amazing as they can be. We strive to make everything we craft of the highest quality and we use the greatest of care and pride in our work.

All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receivership with their original packaging and in unused condition. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.
